  1. Timeframe for submission of potential partnerships:
  • Accepting proposals from October through March annually (assessed initially by staff management team)
  1. Requirements for Executive Director consideration:
  • Complete contact information
  • Demo of product portal through webinar and/or conference call
  • List of rates and services
  • Set of current customers or partnering association references
  • Written proposal/contract for staff attorney review
  1. Finalization process of new member benefit(s):
  • Introduce new member benefit(s) to membership during annual renewal cycle beginning in November
  • Full marketing launch of products and services in January of the new year
