This Webinar will go through the legislative history of the new Kansas law that regulates Transportation Network Companies (TNC). Commonly referred to as the "Uber bill” the presentation will give an insider’s look at the passing of a bill, its veto and veto override and finally passage of a second bill that got all the parties involved acceptance.
