Approved for 1.0 non-traditional CLE credit hour in Kansas.

This CLE will cover Guardian ad Litem duties and responsibilities, both procedurally and substantively, from start to finish.  I will cover the basic elements of handling a Guardian ad Litem case, whether it is for a domestic, Child in Need of Care, or criminal case.

Presented by

Tracy Fredley, Attorney at Law, Lawrence

Tracy is a solo attorney in Lawrence, and I practice primarily family law, criminal defense, and Child in Need of Care. She is on the juvenile panel in Douglas County, and handle only Child in Need of Care cases on the panel, as both parent(s) attorney and Guardian ad Litem. She is on the board of the Douglas County Bar Association, Pro Bono Liaison for the Young Lawyers Section of the Kansas Bar Association, and also a member of the DCBA's Young Lawyer's section.
