Client trust accounts are included in the statutory definitions of property subject to the Kansas Unclaimed Property laws.  This requires that lawyers have a procedure in place to review their trust accounts regularly and send any unclaimed sums to the Kansas Treasurer.  This webinar will review the statute and suggest a process for meeting the time requirements of this law.
