Suggested Language for Kansas POAs:  Health, Finance and Recent Law Changes

Have you kept up with all the changes in Kansas law relating to Powers of Attorney?  Will Your clients real estate deal fall through because the spouse did not consent to the Power of Attorney or your form did not refer to the Kansas Constitution on Homestead?  Will your client's agent be required to maintain an accounting and to diversify asset holdings with the skill of a professional money manager?  Does your Heath Care form fail to override the HIPPA Act for all agents?  Sign up for this phone conference to learn how you must upgrade your forms.
