Healthcare Transactions Law:  Relationships between Surgery Centers and Anesthesia Providers

Since the issuance of OIG Advisory Opinion 12-06 six years ago, relationships between surgery centers and their anesthesia service line have been in flux. The long and winding road of the Florida Society of Anesthesiology v. Choudhry whistleblower case has not made it any easier for healthcare attorneys to advise their clients in this sector. This webinar will analyze the Company Model that the Advisory Opinion disavows, discuss the public record in the FSA v. Choudhry case and present possible relationship structures.
