                       1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 2.1, 2.2, and 4.1.  Following a brief discussion of each rule, the panelists will demonstrate the
                       rule's application to real-world scenarios that arise in title practice. The panelists will relate their own experiences and ethical
                       practices.
