(August 15, 2003) Topeka, KS—The following Kansas Bar Association members from Topeka were elected to serve as Section presidents. Sections of the Kansas Bar Association are composed of attorneys with a common legal interest or practice who band together to share ideas and expertise, help with continuing legal education and legislative issues in those areas of law, and keep Section members informed of developments and changes in those areas.
Thomas G. Lemon, Criminal Law Section, is an attorney with Cavanaugh Smith & Lemon PA. Lemon is a graduate of Washburn School of Law.
Wm. Scott Hesse, Government Lawyers Section, is an attorney with the Kansas Attorney General's Office. Hesse is a graduate of Washburn School of Law.
Marta F. Linenberger, Health Law Section, is an attorney with Goodell Stratton Edmonds & Palmer, LLP. Linenberger is a graduate of the Washburn School of Law.
