(August 15, 2003) Topeka, KS—Gabrielle M. Thompson, Manhattan, was elected to serve as president of the Elder Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association (KBA). She is an attorney with Kansas Legal Services. Thompson is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law.
Sections of the Kansas Bar Association are composed of attorneys with a common legal interest or practice who band together to share ideas and expertise, help with continuing legal education and legislative issues in those areas of law, and keep Section members informed of developments and changes in those areas.
