Comments Accepted on Model Rules of Professional Conduct in Kansas

A brief summary memorandum from Kansas chair Nick Badgerow is on the Court’s website at http://www.kscourts.org/pdf_inc/ethics-20_20-commission-report.pdf. The recommendations themselves are available at http://www.kscourts.org/pdf_inc/ethics-20_20-recommended-changes.pdf. Please send your comments on the recommendations to griebs@kscourts.orgby November 11, 2013.
