On June 15, Magna Carta turns 800. This documents is the framework for the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights. Throughout the week of June 15, a delegation of 600-800 attorneys will be in London to participate in commemorative meetings and events highlighting the document that helped establish the modern judicial system.
This issue is devoted to Magna Carta, which has long been recognized by legal scholars as one of the founding documents of modern democracy and constitutional government.
