Electronic filing in appellate courts is mandatory Nov. 2

If you are a Kansas-registered attorney with an active bar number, you will be required to electronically file in all new and existing cases before the appellate courts effective November 2. Only pro se litigants who are not attorneys will paper file after November 2.

Register to Use Kansas Courts e-Filing

Before you access Kansas Courts e-Filing, you must register to use it. Registration instructions are available at http://www.kscourts.org/Cases-and-Opinions/E-Filing/default.asp#efiling.
