The Kansas Supreme Court is now accepting public comment until April 12 on a proposed rule change to clarify how district courts treat personally identifiable information in marriage licensing documents that the courts maintain.
The proposed changes to Rule 106 are available for review on the judicial branch website at http//:www.kscourts.org.
