Some civil rights aren’t as clear-cut as they seem.  This session will look at:
1. Assessing expressive freedom as a civil right
2. Locating privacy within the scope of civil rights
3. Examining a framework for balancing competing rights claims
Privacy as a right will be considered within the context of the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552.
Important: Please run the test video below on the equipment you plan to use before registering for an On Demand CLE. After the registration process, there will be no refunds offered due to incompatibility issues.
