Description

This training will address language access requirements at both the federal and state level, as well as best practices when working with Limited English Proficient clients in court settings. Topics include assessing a client’s needs for an interpreter; interpreter qualifications; and issue spotting when utilizing an interpreter to communicate with a Limited English Proficient client.
