The seminar will address some of the sticky issues and pitfalls of handling automobile cases, including who can be sued, how to determine the amount of insurance coverage, and related issues. It also addresses how to construct settlements, deal with issues of liens and attorney fees. Also covered are ethical issues related to conflicts of interest and other ethical concerns. Issues related to procedure in handling UM/UIM are also addressed.

Randall E. Fisher, Fisher Law Office, Wichita
Randall E. Fisher has had an active trial and appellate practice for more than 40 years. He has extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance law, and other related areas, on both the plaintiff and defense side of these cases. In addition, he has written and lectured on various legal topics during that time and has presented more than 150 CLE seminars for the KBA, KTLA, WBA and other organizations. He taught as an adjunct professor at Wichita State and the Presidents College of Law. He is a former Sedgwick County District Court Judge. In 1999, he was a finalist for Judge of the Kansas Court of Appeals.
