Walk in registrants welcome at the Hyatt 2nd level on Thursday, June 16 after 1 pm or Friday, June 17 at 6:45 am.

About the Speaker

Stephen J. Rapp is the Sonia and Harry Blumenthal Distinguished Fellow for the Prevention of Genocide at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Simon-Skodt Center beginning in October 2015. As part of the fellowship, he is in residence at the Hague Institute for Global Justice for six months beginning in February 2016.
