Firing Right and the Truth and Consequences of Firing Wrong

Anyone familiar with the term "wrongful termination” knows the costs of a bad firing. This session will explore the legal and practical considerations of a termination. This webinar will guide lawyers through the appropriate procedures to follow in order to assure that a firing does not turn into a wrongful termination lawsuit.
