In addition, she has acted as outside legal counsel to business clients of all sizes while practicing with both large and small boutique firms. Many of her clients are government contractors and she’s guided them through the entire process from bidding to contracting to satisfying compliance requirements.  She’s advised small business owners as they’ve grown their businesses, as well as, supporting multi-national sales forces, corporate procurement departments, and captive logistics companies.   From these experiences, Pascale understands what business clients want –and don’t want – as consumers of legal services.  She understands that busy clients want astute, practical, and sound legal alternatives to allow them to realize their business goals.
