- To search the federal courts of appeal in Casemaker, click on the Federal Library link from the main Library Contents page.
- Within the Federal Library, click on the Search button for the U.S. Cir. Opinions.
- From the Group to Search drop down menu, which is set to “All Groups” by default, choose the Circuit Court you want to search.
- Enter your search criteria the same way that you search other books in the Casemaker library; don’t forget to use quote marks around your terms if you are searching for an exact phrase.
