To search for an exact phrase, put your search query in quote marks, e.g., “permanent total disability” will bring back results with the exact phrase permanent total disability, whereas typing the words permanent total disability without quote marks will bring back results with the word permanent and total and disability as three separate search terms (in Casemaker, a space = and).
