Due to Casemaker’s members-only login requirements, users cannot bypass the required login by bookmarking Casemaker or adding it to your Favorites. If you do bookmark a Casemaker page and then later attempt to bypass the login by going to directly to the bookmark (or Favorites), you will receive the following error message:

Once you are logged in to Casemaker you will remain logged in until (1) you exit out of or close your browser window, or (2) Casemaker has remained idle and you have not conducted any searches for approximately one hour, at which time it will automatically log you off.

Required Login
Username = e-mail address you have on file with the KBA
Password = your KBA Member ID number (not your Supreme Court number)
