Note: If you have any additional questions not covered below, please contact the KBA at (785) 234-5696 or to fill out the online form, click here.
Since there are no hard copies to pick up, how will I get my materials?
You will receive an email prior to the seminar containing a link to the materials.
Which email address will it be sent to?
Materials will be sent to the email address you have on file with the Bar. Please make sure your email address is up to date to ensure receipt of materials. You can log into your profile page and make any updates that may be necessary, or you can always give us a call.
What if I do not receive the email containing the link to download the seminar materials?
Please check your spam or junk folder from an email from ksbar.org. Also, make sure you that keep you information updated with the Bar. Once you have checked your spam folder, please contact the Bar so that we can provide you with the link to the materials.
What if I want a hard copy of the seminar materials?
If you prefer a printed copy to take to your seminar, please print it before you arrive. No hard copies will be available for pick up at the seminar for previously registered attendees who did not request a hard copy.
Can I request a hard copy from the Bar? Will I need to pay for printed materials?
If you wish to receive a hard copy of materials, please mark that on your registration from online. You may also call 785-234-5696 to register by phone. Please be sure to indicate that you wish to receive a hard copy at the seminar. In order to ensure that you receive a hard copy, the request must be made 72 hours in advance. At this time, we will not require an additional payment for hard copies.
Will there be WiFi be available at the seminar so I can download my materials at that time?
WiFi may be available at the seminar. However, since it is not guaranteed, we highly suggest that you download your materials prior to the seminar. When there is WiFi available, we will have the material links posted on the seminar screen prior to the program.
What if I do not pre-register for a seminar, but pay at the door? How will I receive my materials?
We will have a limited number of hard copies available at the door for walk-in registrations. Additionally, the link to the materials will be posted at locations where we have WiFi access. As always, we suggest that if possible, pre-register.
I have a tablet. Will I be able to annotate the materials using this device?
Since the materials will be available as PDF documents, you may want to download a PDF Reader Application that will allow you to annotate the document.
