Overview
The KBA has had an involvement in legislative efforts since the association was formed in 1882. Whether addressing modifications to corporate law, repealing the estate tax, or reviewing laws changing criminal procedure, the KBA believes in taking reasoned, researched stands on a wide variety of issues.
